About Simon
Simon has over 30 years' experience in high-value, high-risk sectors including Construction, Transport, Healthcare and Technology. He has extensive expertise in all aspects of the commercial cycle, including strategy, policy, bidding, evaluation, negotiation, transformational procurement, and regulatory oversight.

For the National Collaboration contracting arm of the Welsh Government, Simon was commercial lead for the development of the standard operating procedures. He has also led national policy initiatives, including the MAKE UK Steel Charter and Wales' Supply Chain Code of Conduct on Modern Slavery.
